Handcrafted Euro Birch Cajon

Down South Cajons are hand made from Euro Birch with an angled topo and rounded corners allowing for a comfortable playing position.  The front playing surface incorporates screw inserts which allows for adjustment, durability and for removal of topo to add any additional accessories.  Down South Cajons include a rear carrying handle.  The back playing surface has a bongo-type sound.

The coloring of individual cajons is unique.  Each Down South Cajon is hand dyed with deep colors and a lacquer finish.
